Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)
We are happy to sign an NDA before any sensitive discussion or engagement.
If you have a standard NDA, send it to us for review. If you don't have one, we can provide a mutual NDA template upon request.
What We Expect from You
To maintain confidentiality, we may ask that you:
- Provide access credentials through secure channels
- Mark sensitive information as "confidential" when shared
- Inform us of any specific data handling requirements
- Notify us if any information requires special protection (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
When Confidentiality May Not Apply
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:
- Is already publicly available
- Was known to us before disclosure without confidentiality obligations
- Is independently developed by us without using your confidential information
- Is required to be disclosed by law or court order
Data Retention and Deletion
- We retain client information only as long as necessary to provide services
- You may request deletion of your information at any time
- After engagement completion, we will return or destroy confidential materials upon request
- We maintain backups for a limited period for disaster recovery
Team Confidentiality Obligations
Every team member and partner who works on your engagement is subject to confidentiality obligations, whether through:
- Employment agreements
- Contractor agreements
- NDAs
- Our internal confidentiality policies
We take violations seriously. Any breach of confidentiality by a team member results in immediate termination and potential legal action.
Third-Party Platforms
When we integrate or use third-party platforms, we select tools with strong security practices.
However, those platforms have their own privacy and security policies. We recommend reviewing them for your own peace of mind.

You have the right to:

- Request access to your information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Withdraw consent for data processing

Confidentiality Breach Protocol
In the unlikely event of a confidentiality breach, we will:
- Notify you immediately within 24-48 hours of discovery
- Assess the scope of the breach
- Contain the breach to prevent further exposure
- Investigate the cause
- Implement corrective measures
- Provide you with a written summary of what happened and actions taken
