Termination

Upon termination:

• Work stops according to the termination terms
• You retain ownership of paid deliverables
• Outstanding invoices remain payable
• We provide a reasonable handover of documentation

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If a dispute arises:

• We will respond within 5 business days
• If unresolved, mediation may be pursued before legal action

Governing Law
